Hmmmm, it is interesting. I know it sounds crazy, but some kind of implant perhaps? Honestly, nothing would surprise me.

After studying this picture enlarged 200%, I noticed this is not a single scar… It appears to be an irregular triangle shaped scar that covers nearly the whole right side of Obama’s head… Hmmm… Very interesting… Yes folks, just another ObamaSecret.
